•	The service that partners with leading ground transportation companies to provide passengers Internet access through their Wi-Fi enabled laptop or PDA.
•	A platform for extending data communication to the fleet vehicle. By enabling constant communication to the fleet vehicle, Wi-RAN is able to add services like vehicle tracking (AVL), live video monitoring, and immediate credit card processing as cost effective additional services.
